Why this page exists

Guests often ask at the front desk: "do you have any good links?" Rather than jot addresses down on scraps of paper, we have gathered them here. Nothing is paid placement: these are the sites we use every day to plan stays, check timetables and advise our guests, with a few recommendations that guests share in return.

Getting around Paris

• RATP — metro, RER and bus timetables, service disruptions and the route planner.
• Île-de-France Mobilités — Navigo and ticket sales, network lines and fares across Paris.
• Paris.fr — the official City of Paris website: events, tourist offices and practical information.

Sightseeing and discovery

• Musée national Jean-Jacques Henner — the artist's house and studio, a five-minute walk from the hotel.
• Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine — at the Trocadéro, one of Europe's finest architecture collections.
• Paris Musées — the city's municipal museums, free on the first Sunday of each month.

Addresses we recommend

Finally, a more personal recommendation.
